How can i make my batman game faster for my PC?

I got batman arkham asylum and its really slow, my computer is eMachine Windows 7 and its about a year old please help.|||What are your hardware specs?|||A number of things could increase your game performance! if the option is available set your graphics quality to low, if you have a virus protection like norton it steals alot of bandwidth and also will slow it down. disable it while you play. be sure to close any kind of sharing program that is running in the background as well! hope that helps you!|||I have the exact same computer as you.
