Can you only play Robin in New Batman Game From Best Buy ?

I got excited when I heard that you can play as Robin if you Pre Order the new Batman :Arkham City game . But then I read that you can only get this is you Pre Order from "Best Buy" stores . Is this true ? Can you only get the code to play as Robin if you order it from Best Buys stores and No other game store ?|||It's a timed exclusive this way, meaning those people get the character sooner than other people. Everyone else will just have to wait for the character to become available as a download a short time later.|||If you live in the UK, you can get it in stores like Best Buy, GAME, gamestation , those are the only stores im sure off but you can only pre-order.
