is it matter if it takes only the characters with totally different gameplay or not ?
also using them in mugen games legal?|||You would need permission from the developer to create a flash game with their characters. There have been games with copyrighted characters in with a completely different gameplay such as Kingdom Hearts.|||Technically it's copyright infringement, but it's up to the creators to actually enforce the copyright, which most of the time they don't.
