How to creat a profile in batman: arkham ashylam pc game?

I am playing the Windows version of Batman: arkham ashylam game, but there some new thinks are called "Windows live" i do not know this and I could not save game.|||If you haven't already you must install microsoft games for windows live


and create an offline or online account in order to save the game
